Overall experience is awesome. The community is great and the staff is even better. All service issues that are submitted are handled in a timely manner and with a level of professionalism and kindness that I've never seen anywhere else. While parking can sometimes be a bit tricky, the location of this awesome complex is almost unbeatable!!

Nothing worked the floors were horrible the varnish came flaking up first time I mopped, dishwasher was never fixed, the bathroom tub wouldn't drain and had dirty backwash that made the tub look like a homeless man bathed in it. Then a year after they attack my credit saying I owed them a extra month for not giving prior notice, when I had communicated verbally and written on final lease signed that I was not continuing said lease at leases end. Then switch it to it's the same amount owed but for damaged floors, the same floors I complained about and stated were in horrid condition when signing the moving in checklist. Overall a complete slum priced at 850 for a single bedroom. Would advise anyone and everyone to avoid any property associated with this company.

They "improved" the gym by adding equipment which means less space. Added a rock climbing wall noone uses. Added bikes by putting them in a hallway. Made guest parking more complicated. Took away the lounge area by the pool because they think we will workout in an outside corridor. They reject packages family send me that I have no reason to expect so I have to go downtown to get them. Btw, I'm not a repeat offender.

Everything is good except the windows and the washers(when they backflood). And the water pressure is a little iffy
