Did a walk through and was overwhelmed by the unsightly selected building's entrance. Painter's paint droppings and trash left all over the breezeway that had been left untouched for years. The newly renovated apartment was no where close to being completed. It looked liked everything was rushed by an incompetent unskilled builder. Now this type of apartment complex is by no means marketed for students but infact for family living. However, the quality of the maintenance care is in such an appalling condition, I couldn't stay. In trying to be polite about the unsightly situation I asked the young lady from the main office who was accompanied by who appeared to be a maintenance worker, "has this building entrance and breezeway always been keep in such unsightly conditions?" Her answer was no shorter of words saying, "what's wrong with it!" With utter shock, I couldn't help but to declined any suggested vacancies.
