Its fine. The walls are thin and maintenance isnt as proactive as it used to be in fixing exterior items. People come and go often moving and suck so Im not sure about retention and a lot of late night noise issues that basically went unresolved. Sometimes its better to just cut your losses rather than complain .

Overall, really great place to live! The apartments are spacious & staff is nice. My one complaint...I am almost halfway through my lease and have no amenities (gated entry, gym, sauna, etc). The date of opening keeps getting pushed back (for reasons such as the weather delaying construction). I understand; however, I do feel I should have been given a slightly reduced rent price to compensate. Future residents wont have to worry about that and will love it!

I love the large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and the extras such as the crown molding, wood flooring and large laundry area. Space was a concern for me and I could not be more pleased. I love the promptness and the professionalism of management here. I also love the location. I am close to my work, grocery store, and can get to interstate easily

We are renting one of the duplexes and we love it. It is spacious, quite, and has all the an amininties of a really nice home instead of a rental property. We could not ask for a better transition with new construction. Everyone has been very helpful.
