    The entrance of my apartment is agfull dirty the emergency fire light don't work my neighbor r two noise it the grill ate always dirty we are paying about 1500 dollars at month we are not happy here we are hoping to get a change out this if is not we will move out

    I lived in the Park Apartments from May 2017 to December 2017. I chose to break my one year lease due to the excessive parking problems. Individuals would double park and park in front of other tenets garages. Management seemed incapable of handling this issue. The police would not do anything either due to it being private property. I chose to break the lease due to the frustration of not being able to get in and out of my garage. It cost me over $2,000 to break this contract. I would advise anyone who plans to live in these apartments to seriously consider the parking problem.

    The office staff are always very polite and courteous. The maintenance staff is always prompt and works with you on your schedule if anything needs to be fixed. Everyone always has a smile on their face and always has nice things to say. Everyone that lives in The Park Apartments is nice and it is just a very comfortable place to live.

    The staff is always friendly, and assist quickly with any concerns or requests. The facilities are always clean and neat.

    Office staff is excellent. Location is excellent. Maintenance staff are excellent. Problems include per owners who do not pick up after their pets, tenants who leave trash in public parking lots or throw it in landscaped areas instead of in trash receptacles. No noise dampening. Easy to hear neighbors above walking around, banging cabinets, doors, etc, although noise levels are usually lower between 1030 PM and 5 AM.

    They have a very sweet and friendly staff who always are ready to help. They also have a great pool, workout center and new grills around the pool. The apartments are very nice and spacious. I love having a double sink in the bathroom for me and my husband. They are located very close to the interstate which makes it quick and easy to get to work.
