    This place is awful. I would not recommend it to anyone. It would get negative stars if possible. We had a ton of problems while we were there. Leah is incredibly unprofessional.
    They are not family friendly. They let dogs poop everywhere. The lights flicker constantly. Drunken people running around naked. Maintenance is always around, but NO work gets done. On the occasions that it is done, they do very poor jobs at it. The pictures online are false advertisement.
    They always try to find ways to con you out of more money. Take Take Take. I have written a wonderful 5 page essay on how terrible this place is that I sent to corporate. Please do not consider living here, but if you are, I can email you a copy so you can understand how disgusting of a place this is. I believe the good reviews are from people who were paid or know them personally, which is not unusual for this place.
    Now, two months after leaving we get a call from a collection agency saying that the Vinings didn't get their final payment.
    Luckily I have several pieces of evidence showing that we payed. I was really hoping to never have to deal with this company EVER again.
    If you make the mistake of living here, do yourself a favor and always get written confirmation. Keep a paper trail.

    've had a great experience here at The Vinings. I LOVE my apartment and the staff. They are always accommodating when I need something. I've been here a little over a year now and plan to be here for 2 more years until I transfer away with my company. Thank you from Kenny!

    Groundskeeping seems to go non stop. I sleep during the day and there seems to be at least one random leaf blower, weed eater, or unattended lawn mower under my window at various times every single day.

    I gave it an average because it could be Excellent if it had several things. A BIGGER area for the kids to play, so the kids are not playing in the street (a field for the kids to play baseball, football, kickball, and other sportrs/activities). Another pool area with grills. Track for kids to ride their bikes and parents can walk. Parking should be numbered by apartment number. Have more gathers for the people who live there. Get Food Trucks Once a month. Have more activities for the families.
