This is an older apartment complex. It's clean but otherwise not very appealing to me. No balcony or other amenities that would make me want to live here.

This is not an apartment I'd prefer to live in. It seems to be older with no special amenities. It is located close to a highway that gives access to a lot of restaurants and other shopping.
