        I already accepted for apartment #4-103 and I paid the application charges and the deposit 03\16\20,I have not received the Lease. Please arrange to get the Lease ready for me because i need to contact the moving company and arrange to connect the utilities to the apartment .

        Maintenance is very poor at this location. Ive been having problems fighting back pests, since Ive been here. On top of all that, people with multiple cars on file. Have to deal with there cars being towed without warning.

        Stay away from these apartments. The apartments are old and maintenance is very poor. No one in the office an help you get basic necessities to remain in the apartment.

        Whatever you do stay clear of this company and any property they manage. To say they are crooks is an understatement! They do not care about their residents and they have staff in place that launder money and they try and cover it up. Inverness has gone through 3 managers in a year span and the first one was a crook. Trying to get anything fixed through maintenance is completely impossible. Paying close to 1200 monthly and no heat and leaks inside that causes roaches and spiders is not ok. Its pointless to try and reach an agreement with them because they could care less. An attorney is your only option and they will have no choice but to respond to that. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS! You will regret it they are scum and their apartments are trash!

        The Pool area is well below comparable apartments- and it never gets opened until June or even later every year. Also, if you had to put a code in that went back to a certain person (not a generic code ) for pool entry then none residents would be turned away. The workout area needs totally revamping- its old, dirty and completely outdated. Put a camera up in the gym to catch people breaking rules and miss using equipment. Security needs to enforce rules in both areas pool/workout!
