Whatever you do stay clear of this company and any property they manage. To say they are crooks is an understa Read Moretement! They do not care about their residents and they have staff in place that launder money and they try and cover it up. Inverness has gone through 3 managers in a year span and the first one was a crook. Trying to get anything fixed through maintenance is completely impossible. Paying close to 1200 monthly and no heat and leaks inside that causes roaches and spiders is not ok. Its pointless to try and reach an agreement with them because they could care less. An attorney is your only option and they will have no choice but to respond to that. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS! You will regret it they are scum and their apartments are trash!

The Pool area is well below comparable apartments- and it never gets opened until June or even later every yea Read Morer. Also, if you had to put a code in that went back to a certain person (not a generic code ) for pool entry then none residents would be turned away. The workout area needs totally revamping- its old, dirty and completely outdated. Put a camera up in the gym to catch people breaking rules and miss using equipment. Security needs to enforce rules in both areas pool/workout!
