The worse place you could ever come to. They don't fix anything. They may or may not have maintenance now.
The staff is rude and very disrespectful. They come to and in your apartment unannounced and they do not let you know that they have been in your apartment.
They will redirect you to the regional manager. She doesn't do anything but agree with whatever they say. Which would be fine if they weren't the ones getting complained on or if they were paying the rent.
They throw notices on the grounds and you're lucky to find out what's going on in the neighborhood. Cars were in the process of being towed I'm sure bc the people never found the original notice stating that their cars would be towed if they weren't moved by a certain time. I accidentally stepped on mine.
I haven't had air in my apartment for weeks. no one has checked it. and I've worked at home to make sure someone has come by. No one has even knocked on my door.
Everything that was broken when I got here is pretty much still broken 5 months later. And I can't seem to find a contact number from any owners or management higher than the "regional manager". Someone I can share this awful experience with that might actually fix something.

This place doesnt deserve one star! Its horrible, the staff is horrible the property is horrible and dirty! I cant wait to move. The rent is too high for you not to have cut grass and and a clean outside environment!

Living here as been wonderful. You get so much space for a great price, wonderful location, and excellent service. Everyone on the staff is so genuinely nice and helpful. They respond to any of my needs, and they make me feel right at home!
