    Parking: Guest will park in front of my door and I will have to park on the side by the pool. Absolutely annoying! I work long hours and when I get home I want to step out of my vehicle and into my house with no problems. Also the residents are not cleaning up behind their dogs.

    I have lived in apartment complexes for the better part of thirty years and this is the first apartment I've had (out of 4 complexes) to actually feel like home ... like I'm not a transient anymore.

    Love the atmosphere and the staff is very nice and friendly. Maintenance requests are always answered in a very timelt manner.

    Excellent amount of space for the money. I have had a great experience with the staff and maintenance. Everyone is extremely friendly. One thing I would prefer is email or text alerts when notifying residents of ac filter changes/maintenance/or other reasons necessary to enter the apartment as I am not always there to receive the paper notifications placed on the door.
