I love living at Royal Hills! The staff is the best and maintenance is excellent. Office manger is so nice and is always there if you need anything.

I have really enjoyed living at Royal Hills for the last 4 yrs. The complex is pretty, quiet, there's a lot of storage space, the manager's very nice, the maintenance workers are quick & responsive, & it's good to have the option to either install laundry machines in your apt or use the communal machines in the office bldg. What I haven't liked is they don't separate smokers from nonsmokers (but that's common for AL). There are 10 apt bldgs here, & I think they could reserve bldgs for each.

The grounds are always clean & nice looking. Any maintenance requests are taken care of promptly.

The maintenance always comes out right away, even for smaller issues that could probably be handled by me. The office staff is also super sweet and helpful.
