This review is solely regarding the service provided to residents. I have lived here for over a year, and the leasing office consistently abdicates its short list of responsibilities. I will spare you most of my personal stories, but you should know that this complex consistently delivers terrible service. If you want help with an apartment-related issue, you can count on them never caring. They usually ignore you or lie until they can get rid of you for the day, even if you've been overcharged for something. They may even insult you or yell at you if you ask one too many questions. If they make a mistake, you can count on them refusing to acknowledge their fault. They almost never communicate with residents at all. They even changed the name of the entire apartment complex without telling us. The have a way of technically accomplishing some tasks without really giving any time or effort. For example, they said they were enhancing the landscaping, yet they literally just left a bale of pine straw in the dirt outside my door. It is still there now (two months later). They do nothing to maintain many of the amenities that they advertise, but the amenities are technically present on the property. When someone moves out of an apartment, they fail to adequately clean up and leave broken things as they are. They technically repaint, but they just run a roller over everything, including vents, pine straw on the deck, loose nails on the deck, etc. The maintenance crew ignores any submissions that are beyond quick fixes. We've had a septic odor periodically creeping into our apartment for months, but they are not willing to do more than look at the drains for a few minutes. When we told them it was coming from the vents, they just didn't respond. This is obviously because work on the vents would be outside of the quick-fix genre.

We have put in work orders to have our bathroom shower fixed to stop dripping. We were told that the pet f Read Moreee was waived when we signed our lease a year ago. However, our bill was retroactively charged with no warning that we would in fact have to pay this pet deposit. Management told me that I lied to them saying that I was babysitting a dog for several months. I rescued my dog three years ago and would have no reason to say I was babysitting her.

There is constant construction with no regard for the residents...I.e...working late and early hours and leavi Read Moreng a mess of materials when they are done. The building was painted and the painters got paint all over my patio furniture. There are no garages available for residents because they are all used for the maintenance materials and golf carts. They don't enforce cleaning up after pets or keeping them on leashes...dogs are off leash all of the time.
