They do not answer phones and I have not yet found a link to start an application online. There are many reviews from recent tenants on the internet that are experiencing the same situation. I will no longer be considering this place.

It's not a kid friendly place but you can have a stinky dog, who urinates and defecates all over the property. Residents have no access to the restrooms while using the pool or fitness room.

Since we have moved in we have had problems with ant infestation. We also have had to deal with the upper unit flooding into ours. Lack of parking spaces etc.

My moving experience wasn't a good one. The move in date kept being pushed back, when I finally moved in the unit wasn't ready at all. There multiple problems going on. I have been in my unit nearly three months and I still don't have closet doors. The units are infested in roaches which I had to purchase several products for rodents. If maintenance would work efficiently completing on unit at a time, then the overall experience would have been great. I love my unit I just wish it was complete.

Maintenance is horrible. Everything that's need to be fixed never get done. I've requested several maintenance issues and some things still haven't been fixed. They'll come look at it but never come back.
