Local Reviews

Extremely close to local walking, running, and mountain biking trails. Frequent wildlife in the area, close to shopping.

I have a quiet corner lot, 2 yards, trees, not bothered by neighbors, place for car in driveway. Don't know anything else for my area, cheap space rent.

The neighborhood is ocean front with a great view. It is a small and quiet area, public transportation is available if you can ensure the 30 minute bus ride to the city, this is also nice as most of the crime problems remain in the city because they don't want to ride the bus out to my neighborhood and back.

Close to groccery stores, restuarants, gas stations, banks and schools. Quiet neighbors but friendly with manicured lawns

We have great views of the city below and easy access to lots of outdoor trails at our doorstep. People are friendly and know one another - a mini community

I like the accessibility to nearby activities. Easy to access transportation. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants
