I lived here for over a year. It was okay for the most part, relatively quiet (other than being next to an Air Force base) and the neighbors were good. When I moved out in the middle of Oct., I had been paying month to month rent because I was planning on moving and did not have a date set when the lease ended. I gave notice and was told I could move out in the middle of October and only be charge until the move out date. I had 1 800 Got Junk schedule for the afternoon of Oct. 10, my flight was early that morning. When I called 1 800 Got Junk to get a quote on removing everything, they said they were starting early. The property management office had asked them to start in the morning instead of the afternoon. My brothers were stopping by late morning to remove some furniture and large items, but even without that 1 800 Got Junk quoted $900 over the phone. When I checked the balance on Nov 1 it showed over $1400. Weidner says 1 800 Got Junk charged over $1200, and I only had $1000 on the security deposit. Weidner also is charging for the rest of October. I spoke with someone over the phone and they said even though the lease ended on Oct. 15 and I moved out on Oct. 10, their rental contract allows them to charge for the rest of October. I recommend avoiding all Weidner properties, especially this one.
