Local Reviews

It's very quiet. Neighbors keep to themselves but always there to help. It is pet friendly and just tucked away. Perfect for watching the stars at night.

Doing BBQ outside with scenic view of nature love it not too close with the restaurant that's why we cookout

I like how close it is to town. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The houses are unique and one of a kind.

I enjoy that it is "out of town" but yet, only a 5-10 min drive from gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. It's very quiet with almost no road noise whatsoever, the only exception being someone with an excessively loud modified vehicle. Livestock can be raised here without any special "permissions" or zoning issues.

I like that my neighborhood is so spaced out, and that nobody is in your business unless invited. There's a lot of privacy, but people care (if they see you're stuck in your driveway they'll stop by and help).
