      rent is too expensive for the average working person in Phoenix , local market rate is no excuse greedy owners is the reason and soon there will be a revolution .

      DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR IN THIS COMPLEX. Around the beginning of May, we got a letter in our door with the options to sign to renew or not. It also said it was a courtesy letter reminding us that we had to give a 60 day notice to move out. This letter was given to us after our notice was supposedly supposed to be.We turned it in, the office girl telling us it was all good. I went to sign something the next day and was told that we didn't give our 60 day notice in time and that we have to pay another month at the month-to-month rate of $1350+ for one month. I have been fighting this all the way up, the office staff literally banning us from going in the office (but wont answer the phone either), the property manager saying, and I quote, "it's not my problem" , and now the corporate telling me she is not going to help me when I was irresponsible, and says they gave us the notice almost 3 weeks before we actually got it, and saying I am irresponsible for not turning it in. I told her, literally crying my eyes out begging for her to help this get justice, that I did NOT get that letter early enough; by the time we even received the letter, it was already too late to even give a notice. All she said was, "well you don't have proof of that".They are scam landlords who trick you and steal from you. Not to mention the living conditions (especially for how much you pay) are completely crap, none of the amenities you pay for work, the maintenance is non-existent, the management is 100% shady and unprofessional, trash pickup hardly ever comes so the complex smells, there are sitting pools of water, which means lots of mosquitoes. Our apartment wasn't even clean when we moved in, and we didn't have a working washer and dryer for the first 2 months, and the list goes on.This company is still running because it cheats their tenants, and then make anyone who tries to fight and stand up for themselves feel and look stupid.
