I never had a chance to go see the apartment but the customer service people I felt with were great and honest.

This place lacks in management. They do not provide much assistance at all. Even though the pandemic is currently occurring and has been peaking in AZ recently recourses and help is scarce so with this apartment complex. The complex is not the safest, there are no gates so anyone can enter the property and there are no surveillance such as cameras.

We lived at the apartments for 2 years and through out, we had multiple issues that were not addressed. The fitness are had a machine that had broken pins when we first moved in (2016) and it was never repaired by the time we moved out (2018). We had broken and leaky piped that burst one night covering our 3rd floor apartment in 3 inches of water. We went days with out AC, because they kept breaking down in the summertime, and the refrigerator we reported 2 years in a row to be checked on, It wasn't replaced until it completely shut down and ruined $300 of groceries( never replaced by the company). We made complaints with the staff about residence parking in the spot we paid for, and they said there was nothing they could do except ask them to move. After the 3rd and 4th night in a row we asked them to tow the car they said no, they weren't allowed. Someone from the apartments hit our car and damaged it and when we asked to see the cameras they denied. We were charged for a dog leaving feces in the grass, We had no dog and disputed. The staff was not knowledgeable at all and new management was unfriendly and very disrespectful. The staff lost at least 3 packages, 2 of which were very expensive and never found. All in all it was a first apartment experience, that I would not recommend to anyone.

Office staff is unresponsive. Maintanence takes forever to respond, sometimes they don't even come back to finish a job.
