The brochure showed granite countertops, mine was not. When lease expired, I HAD to move to a different apartm Read Moreent. $100 rent increase. I had to pay moving costs. Blinds were missing and warped. Not "fixed" for a year. I had blocking curtains installed to protect electronics. Bathtub started pealing and is now showing rust. Broken or bend window screens. Washer and dryer are cheap and hard on clothes. No assigned parking. Rent just went up another $40.00 and water bill nearly doubled. Leasing agent tried to pass himself off as a manager.
