    Kristinas customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent all documents by email (as she asked me to do) she responded that they were excited for me to be part of the community and then waited for me to get out of town (which she was aware of) to claim that they never received my documentation. I had to have my ex husband go down to straighten it out on move in day with my money order, which is when she said all money was do (all by email) she tells him that she cant handle this today and it will have to wait until tomorrow. She is wrong about what schools are in district, she lost my paperwork to include my personal info, ss#, ID, paystubs etc. And tells my ex that I can resend it and its possible I might lose my $300 concession cause she didnt do her job?!?
    Your property just lost a tenant and you can thank Kristina not doing her job for it. I will be reporting my lost documents to your corporate office.

    I have been here since late February 2018 and I am in love with my apartment! The staff was amazing when moving in and have remained beyond helpful. I needed a few things done before moving my things in and Tina and Bow went out of their way to make sure I was happy. My repairs are always completed right away and they know my dogs by name and always greet them when over. It makes me feel more comfortable when I am not home and they are in my apartment with my fur babies! I referred one of my best friends to this property and they love it here as well. The only thing I would suggest is dog park could use some updates. Its just grass and a table to sit at. It would be awesome to see some tunnels or training obstacles back there.

    Signed 4th lease, and hoping to get some appliance refresh... Maybe? The appliances have been well cared for and could be reused as emergency replacements. Fingers crossed.

    the inside of the apartments were classy, clean and in great shape. The appliances were up to date. Even though the counter tops were not granite, they looked expensive.
