      lived in this community for almost 2 years. Management is misleading and disingenuous and engages in questionable business ethics not only towards future residents but also the current and past residents. If you search online reviews, you will find that the leasing office employees not only post their own 5 star reviews, but also respond to them (please see screenshots.) Edsol O. Manages the property and can be contacted by calling the leasing office. In all fairness, I do not see an issue posting a review, especially in the case for those employees that live in the community. What I find that crosses the line of business ethics is those same employees responding to their own reviews with comments such as "...thrills us to see your expeience has been positive/thank you for sharing your experiences...", or "...if there is anything you need/if issues should arise please contact us..." There has also been several car break ins and catalytic converters stolen over the past few months as well. Management in leasing office just responds with, "fill out a police report." Although they state that they have a zero tollerance drug use policy, you can smell marijuana use in the community while on walks, especially in the summer months. We had the smell coming up into our apartment through the ventilation system. Why didn't I report this to the office? Because the drug use was coming from the apartment of someone who worked in the office. If you are considering moving here, please do your research and don't necessarily rely on Google reviews. As you can see, the rating on those reviews can be created. I suggest contacting the police department to obtain theft reports in the community or speaking with past/prior residents to get a better feel of the living conditions for you and your family.

      When I lived here the management really sucked and apparently that hasnt changed even with new people. Its because of the company itself who manages it. Avoid renting at any of their properties. They have no desire to improve.

      Unbelievable bad management! I have been living here for two years and I do not believe any of the positive reviews posted in the last year! The present management is the worst I have ever seen anywhere! Since the present management has taken over the office opens late, closes early and is not open on Sunday. Well over 50% of the time I go to office during business hours it is not open and nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages. I could go on and on if there was room...

      Great location- close to anything and everything you want or need. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Maintenance responds promptly to all requests. Management staff is always friendly and available. Both go above and beyond expectations. Electric very reasonable- had the Powell model on the 2nd floor and never paid more than $100 per month. Other residents friendly, nice and considerate. Would recommend to anyone.
