The lady treated me like I was a low life! And the apt was on third floor you have to pay 200 extra for ground floor. Not pet friendly as stated

When she said it would be. And had the upgrades I ask for! There are a several apartments in this area to rent! But I you wont have a Luz or Ruby there! These ladies ALWAYS work with me and are always kind. Thank you for responding to my maintenance request. Being welcoming and patient. I definitely appreciate you both!

As a resident of Glen Brae I would recommend this complex to anyone. I recently ran into a crippling financial situation and was fearing eviction. When I approached the leasing manager and explained the situation, Ruby was quite a blessing in working out a solution to the issue. This experience along with the clean quiet atmosphere and the quick response to any issues is worth a 5 star review! Thanks to all the Glen Brae staff and a special thanks to Ruby.

Friendly community, management and maintenance always on top of things and super nice. The community super clean quiet nights. The up upgrades in the units are beautiful. A true place to call home.

Some of these reviews were left by people who didn't even have an apartment at the property at the time they left the review. The reviews are questionable. I wonder why more people have not left any good reviews. I've contacted them and they can't give me a straight answer about their apartments. Will be looking elsewhere.
