Living at The Pillars at Westgate was the worst experience. When moving in there only 2 bdrms were available o Read Moren the third floor. Before signing our lease we expressed concern about our toddler disturbing neighbors down stairs with foot noise. We were ensured that there will be no problem...Well, when we moved in we started getting complaints from our downstairs neighbor everytime my child walked around the apt. We offered to relocate to a 1st floor apt if it became available before our furniture arrived, but none was available. It got to the point to where Pillars staff was knocking on our door and calling our cell phones. Eventually the police started knocking on our door all bc of a toddler crying, walking around, or vacuuming when I got home from work at 5pm, that is ridiculous. The many cops found no issue and reported this back to the leasing office. We even received noise complaints from these neighbors when we were out of town and the apt was empty for 2 weeks. The problem that I have is not with the neighbors but the fact that management and the Pillars company itself let this issue ride which resulted o my family and I not to enjoy and live like normal people during normal hours for 7 out of 11 months of our lease. I had the most unfavorable encounters with the manager Jen. I found her to have a lack of communication (at least you touching bases or reaching out to express empathy), unprofessional, incompetent, and a bad representation of The Pillars.

They didn't take care of us when the neighbors were party and arguing .don't move to pillars.

Poor maintance,grounds are horrible. Dead grass,dog feces. Issues within the apartments the whole time i lived Read More there. They let anybody live there 5 to 6 people sharing one and two bedrooms so they can afford the rent. Noise is a huge issue as well as parking.
