The late fees are astronomical. I should not have to pay an extra $150 when I am 2 days late. Crazy! Also, the buildings are not marked well. I have transportation for disabled pick me up 5 or 6 times a week and they have a terrible time finding my apartment because the Building Numbers are camouflaged to look like the building. The numbers should be easily visible and they are NOT.

I have a very noisy neighbor after 10pm after the warnings are gone or security has has spoken to her she still continues.

The apartments are good sized and priced well. The appliances are outdated and not in great shape. The front door configuration isn't good because anytime the immediate neighbor closes their door with any force, it's very loud in my apartment--a design flaw. The master bedroom window is also affected by this problem--anytime my immediate neighbor closes their front door, it results in a loud noise in my master bedroom. There is no play area for children and many kids run wild and noisy all over.

My husband is not particularly happy about the service he receives from one particular office assistant. I've heard similar tales of discontent among other residents. I've also noticed an increased number in dog droppings, which i find intolerable since there are plenty of doggy dispensing bag stations and trash cans dispersed about the place which are kept adequately stocked and changed.

I do not think the office handles reports of needed maintenance fairly or in a timely fashion. Rules do not seem to be consistent for all.
