First, the model unit they show you is really nice. You don't get to see your apartment until after you have Read Moresigned the lease. There is a huge discrepancy between the two and you are going to be very disappointed. They offer free wi-fi, but once you log in you realize you can only have four devices and they charge extra for game consoles. Oh, no wireless printers allowed. I went to discuss it with the manager and she rolled her eye like I was such a huge inconvenience on her day. She didn't even know the policies on their own internet providers. There is a consistent bug problem and the apartments are very run down. I came her because I thought it would be nice. The poor management here doesn't care once you sign your lease. I would avoid this property at all costs. I know they have several others and they may be better. But with the management here, I would go anywhere else. At least demand to see the apartment you are going to be getting before signing the lease. Oh, there are smokers everywhere so you apartment will end up smelling like an ash tray and there are cigarette butts everywhere...so there is that too. Management is substandard, you have been warned.

The overall experience until the last 8 days was OK. No major issues regarding other tenants noise levels. The Read More gate seldom worked and was constantly standing open all hours. My beef is with management at the end of my lease. I gave more the 30 days notice, I have a copy of the signed document with managements signature. 8 days before my last day I got a phone call from management that seemed urgent. They asked me if I had already moved out as they knew I already had a new place. The urgency made it feel like they had another tenant lined up if I could move out early. So I agreed to move out that evening and turn my keys in the next AM. When I go my deposit refund a penalty was deducted for insufficient move out notice. When contacted about it they stood by the penalty. So all current and future tenants beware of management during your move out notice period.

I pay for wifi through my rent, it always has a problem of some sort. They made some changes to it recently b Read Moreut it's just as bad. The front gate is always broken. Other than that everything else is ok. I picked this place because of the value. It has washer/ dryer, wifi, water included and is near my work. Other places were pricier and smaller.
