I really enjoy living here. There are many comparable apartment complexes in the area and everywhere for that Read Morematter. What sets the Hamptons apart is the people who work here. Everyone here is about taking care of us tenants. They enjoy doing it! I've never had a negative experience here and probably never will.

The Hamptons bought out The Villas, things started to improve the property was being maintained, staff actuall Read Morey being responsible and fixing things, immediately renovating apartment sections, parking improved, roadways improved and washing machines being placed in the updated Apartments. However skipping the outdated apartments with residence occuping them. Hiring prices of out dated models to match the renovated ones made it very inconvenient an inconsiderate for not having any Renovations .

As part of our continued efforts to improve the community, we did renovate the amenities areas for all of our residents to enjoy. We are unfortunately unable to renovate any apartment homes currently being occupied by residents as a courtesy to the resident. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know in the leasing center. We look forward to working towards a solution.
I have been here almost 5 years,the new management has upgraded the premises eminently,it is well worth the re Read Morent increase!
