Please do not move in this place. Waterford is not Luxury apartments. How can you be Luxury when you have p Read Morelexy glass windows ,which cause your electric bill to be 10 times normal , they also over charge for water you will be paying for waterfalls with dead birds in them . The upstairs bathroom doesn't even have a exhaust fan so the steam has nowhere to go but to mold up the walls and floors maintenance will slap paint over the mold . Please do your research on these apartments good apartments don't have bad reviews if I can save some people with my God awful experience don't do it at best these are 4 to 600 dollar apartment s no where near luxury.

First impressions in March 2017:Very nice property manager (who is no longer the manager here), who did a grea Read Moret job at getting us settled in and fixing any problems we initially had. Floor plans are very nice. We got an upgraded apartment that was discounted to the price of a non upgraded apartmentGrounds are nice and really green. Location is good, close to almost everything you could need.Since around November, this community has become MOSTLY not the classiest families with many, many children. Their kids play in the grassy area in front of my apartment and scream all day long, unsupervised, climb on the soda and water machine, break the lamp posts, destroy the grass, leave their trash and toys outside, etc. People leave their dogs out 24/7 who will bark and whine at everything. Dont expect to sleep during the day if you work night shifts, this is NOT a quiet community. The complex has a bad cockroach infestation, and in the winter time, we had a HUGE ant problem. There is very limited visitor parking in some areas of the complex (where I lived). If you have 2 people/2 cars, youre on your own. Be prepared for extremely rude people to park in your only assigned covered spot. Or for trucks to remain parked in the few visitor spots for months on end. THERE ARE SO MANY HIDDEN FEES.CAM fee is $30+ and goes up at random. Water/sewer/trash runs at about $75 a month. Water is not metered. Expect an additional bill of at least $100 per month for these utilities, CAM fee and mysterious other service fees. They dont accept packages at the clubhouse anymore, which is absurd. If you want your packages delivered to a safe location, its $7 a month. Otherwise, theyre going to your door where your neighbors will probably take them. Also, even if you pay the $7, its a 50/50 chance that the packages even get delivered to the locker room. Do not move here.

The washing machines didn't work well the air conditioning didn't either and no one ever came to fix it either Read More. The people working their were no help at all and it's like no one was ever their because they never answered it just a very poor experience and it was my first apartment never again going back. Also before I moved out I made sure to clean the partment very well, it looked just like when I moved in and then they sent me a letter charging me for stupid thing & never gave me deposit back.

This was the worst experience my husband and I hv ever had with a rental property. We moved out a month early Read More from lease experation and still paid rent to just get OUT. Would not, and will not, ever recommend this filthy property.
