It has a lot of parks and areas to play. There are multiple restaurants and businesses less than a mile away.

I like that I have things near by. I can walk to multiple places and don't need a car. Lots of restaurants.

I like how you can talk to neighbors. And I like how everything is so close Most of the people here are nice

Friendly neighbors, close by shopping. Close to the freeway and my favorite coffee shop. The neighbors maintain their yards well.

I love the community pool during summer. There is a private entrance to the local grocery marketplace. I love the unique style and feel of the neighborhood.

It's a great neighborhood. I can walk to IHOP with my friends and family. I shop at Bashas' which is in walking distance. Stop at Starbucks for coffee and have an amazing Italian restaurant as well as Applebees
