Local Reviews

My church is located nearby. Neighbors in the neighborhood are friendly. The neighborhood is family friendly.

As I said earlier it is a fairly new gated senior citizens community home prices in the mid to high end level. Shopping and restaurants is in a close driving proximity to our community.

Mountains in back yard and hot air balloons take off in the field by the house. It feels more spacious than other neighborhoods in the Phoenix metro area

The people are unique. The resturants like the mail saloon are unique. I like going to mi fam with them.

There is community walking and hiking trails, parks with jungle gym equipment and fitness. We have our own police station, grocery store, restaurants and bar.

Close to work and where family live. Close to where I go to school. Close to shopping centers. A good starting place to live.
