As far as living the location is nice, and the grounds are well kept. But if you have any kind of maintenance request it will take 10-14 days to fix and it will most likely break again and you will be in the same position of waiting for another 10-14 days. Do not choose to get your internet through the complex package. Anytime you have a problem cox will tell you, you have to go through the complex, and then the front office will tell you to talk to cox. My roommate and I did not have access to the internet for the first week we lived there and had another problem in June and didn't have internet for another week. Then when you move out they will nickel and dime you so you end up with no security deposit. Even though we have a quote from apartment management that we left the apartment immaculate due to missing their 60-day notice by 3 days, they took our entire security deposit, which makes me feel like this is their game. If they can't charge you for the cleaning of the apartment they will find any way to take your money. When I chose to leave this complex at the end of my lease originally I had been frustrated with how slow maintenance was, the frustration with internet service, but overall I still would have given at least a 3-star rating. But, after moving and having my security deposit stolen I am very frustrated. When my roommate and I first called to talk about the charge we were unable to talk with the complex manager and were passed from person to person in the front office and then told the manager would call us back in 3 days. Well, those 3 days came and went still no call. We called again a week from our original call and was finally able to talk with a manager and there was no apology for not calling us back or any consideration for our time. I do not personally blame any one of the actual people at the office I feel this is the result of the property management.

This place used to be great. Since the property management change to Maverick, this place has gone downhill. There is debris and dust in the parking lot. There is super poor management and customer service from the front office. I've rarely seen maintenance and when I have had an issue it's taken about a week to be resolved. I really feel that Arboretum is no longer comfortable to live at. Highly recommend avoiding.

Whenever there were problems (and there were few), they were addressed immediately and entirely. Staff always courteous and helpful. Life at Arboretum was like a resort!
