          I love this small apartment community! Its in a great location and its peaceful. I have not come across any nonesense since i moved in, meaning no cops being called. No drama at all. It is very clean, I have never seen any bugs and live right next to the trash dumpsters.I live down stairs and ive never smelled the dumpsters . Im very impressed of other tenants and how well they maintain their pets. Its really a great little apartment complex. Ill let ya know when im ready to buy a house so you can enjoy my apartment. Lol I love Bayside!

          Apt117, the office staff and maintenance team are fantastic, They all make sure that if you have a problem, they address it. I wish the parking was closer to your appt number, but I understand why. Iam glad we chosen Bayside .
