    Its a rip off to even get a contract here.. 1,200 plus light? WITH RATS INCLUDED!!

    Avoid the nightmare and do not move here. The square footage is incorrect those are not the square footage that the apartments are actually (verify with zillow.com to show the record of sale of what the apartments were sold at and the 750sq ft and 1000sq ft is incorrect so the apartments are smaller then advertised). The management staff will change constantly so you do not know who to contact and the present manager Samantha does not respond to any issues or contact you back. After having to make legal threats and filing a grievance with the city the hot water is finally back to functioning, the lights on the property are finally working and once again things only get done until you have made a huge ordeal to get the basic necessities meet. Not a single resident will speak positive about this property or management that runs the property and everyone has a count down to when they can leave. The property has great potential and a great location but is run so horribly that it is not worth the headache. There was a horrible roof rat infestation that still has lingering issues of rats on the property and you can verify with the county the reports and findings of rats on the premise. If you need handicap parking you will be discriminated against constantly for there is zero parking enforcement of handicap parking, people parking in two spots and it is a free for all for the parking. It is very unfortunate that this property is run the way it is for as I stated has the potential for the location and the recent upgrades but the constant unknown of what will go wrong next and how long it will take to get it fixed makes this place not a home at all and as stated above I strongly suggest not moving here. If you still choose to come see the property make sure to speak to a resident and they will tell you the "truth" about the property from the recent hot water issues or even recently of rats chewing thru the wires on a unit below and causing the fixtures to not work.
