Casa Anita Apts has been our home for the past 11 yrs. As apartment living goes, there are some issues that co Read Moreuld use correcting but there are far worse places you could live. The apartments are very good size with plenty of storage. The one drawback is not having washer/dryer hookups.

The apartments are a bit expensive for apartments built in 1986 and not upgraded. Corporate wants to compete w Read Moreith newer apartments by keeping the rent comparable to them. Now the staff of the apartments are good people and will try to help in anyway that they can.

Casa Anita needs to repair all things within the apartment before renting it out to new residents. Here we pay Read More our rent, pay or electricity, cable bill, phone bills, insurance and water bills, so why should we have to be over looked or mistreated when it come to repair requests? PLEASE DO YOUR JOBS!!!!! YES, USE MY NAME WITH MY COMMENTS. I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT GOING THROUGH THE NONSENSE. I'M JUST VERY LUCKY TO HAVE A MAN THAT KNOWS HOW TO FIX ANYTHING AND BRING IT ALL BACK TO NEW.
