I AM CURRENTLY ON MY 3RD LEASE WITH COVINGTON PARK, THIS COMPLEX HAS ITS UPS AND DOWNS.. LUCKILY I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THE BUG INIFESTATION OR RANDOM BURGARLIES AS I READ IN OTHER REVIEWS.. SO THATS A PLUS. WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO THIS APARTMENT HOME BACK IN 2015 I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT .. THE ENVIORNMENT WAS CLEAN, EVERY ONE WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND THE STAFF WERE VERY PROMPT AND RELIABLE.. SINCE THEN THE STAFF HAS CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES. I ALWAYS THOUGHT WHEN YOU BRING IN NEW STAFF IT WAS FOR THE BETTER. NOT IN THIS CASE.. THERE IS USUALLY TRASH ALL OVER I TEND TO PICK UP IN MY AREA JUST BECAUSE IT BOTHERS ME, BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. I FEEL THEY ARE BECOMING A BIT OVER PRICED.. ONE OF THE THINGS YOU PAY FOR IN A COMMUNITY IS THE AMENITIES, HOWEVER NONE SEEM TO WORK THE MAJORITY OF THE EQUIPMEMNT IN THE FITNESS CENTER DOES NOT WORK AND IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY FOR OVER A YEAR, SO I DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO ANYMORE. THE BUSINESS OFFICE HAS WENT DOWN DUE TO NO LONGER A PRINTER, FAX DOESNT WORK AND ITS USUALLY ONLY ONE COMPUTER THAT IS WORKING EFFICIENTLY.. SO I AM PAYING FOR THINGS I CAN NOT USE. IT IS A GATED COMMUNITY BUT NONE OF THE GATES ARE LOCKED SO IT KINDA DEFEATS THE PURPOSE.... THEN TODAY IN PARTICULAR I CAME OUT TO GO TO WORK IN THE MORNING AND I HAVE A STICKER ON MY CAR STATING THAT MY CAR IS BEING STORED ON PROPERTY AND SUBJECT TO BE TOWED.. THAT WAS QUITE STRANGE BEING THAT I DRIVE MY CAR EVERY SINGLE DAY AND HAVE BEEN SINCE IVE LIVED HERE AND MY CAR IS ONLY PARKED IN MY SPOT THAT IS A PART OF THE RENT I PAY EVERY MONTH... I ALSO PLACED A WORKED ORDER BACK ON 4.4.17 AND THEY JUST RECENTLY CAME TO MY HOME ON 5.24.17.. I HAD TO ACTUALLY FOLLOW UP WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY EVEN DID THAT.. I WILL SAY THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE REALLY PLEASANT AND UNDERSTAND THEY CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH.... I DO LIKE THE LOCATIONTHAT ITS DIRECTLY OFF THE HIGHWAY. AND I DONT WANT TO CHANGE MY SON'S SCHOOL.

On the outset I would like to say that I am satisfied and have minimal complaint re: Covington. For what they charge for rent, the units should be more luxurious - the value should match the charges. I know people who live in comparably priced complexes where the units fit the advertisement of luxury living.

only one pool was heated when there's three, there was no clean up for the halls in the apt. if we wanted outside of our door swept we would have to do it. you would think that their maintenance will do it for 1200 dollars that we pay a month. the kids were extremely loud and a table to be rude running up and down the stairs in the hall and the staff in the office would do nothing when complained upon.

Great community. I ranked it good and not excellent because of an instance where I complained about neighbors up stairs partying late and dropping stuff onto our patio and the office lady almost laughed at me.

I've had a few problems with communication, parking is absolutely horrible. But maintenance is kept up well.
