    I love this place! It was the perfect fit for me to transition from my parents home to my own place. And it's furnished like a dorm! How cool is that?! I work and go to school in the area and I don't drive so it's great that everything I need is within walking distance or close to a bus stop. The staff has been very helpful during my stay here. I don't hear much street noise. The neighborhood is older but GCU has done a lot to improve our area. GC Square has mostly students and hard working people from what I have noticed. Ive met some really nice neighbors and some not so nice snobby ones. But overall Im personally happy.

    Living here right now for 6months and its nightmare. Cable been down for month and some tenants have WiFi and some dont. I need my WiFi to make money. They do not take this seriously. I called couple times no one willing help or get my cable or internet to work. They simply dont care here. I even walked in there office and walked out with no solution. I have to walk other side of complex to get internet. Unbelievable.

    PLEASE BEWARE of this company and their properties and please do your research on them!! We definitely will not be renewing our lease because they do not take accountability when they are at fault and they make it seem like youre in the wrong
