This place is infested with roaches. I've never seen anything like it. It's disgusting. The gate access you pay for only works on one side. The other parking gate is broken and has been since I moved in. The laundry room is a mess. Half of the washers and dryers are broken, and you never know until you've already put your clothes/soap in and paid for it. The man in the office is rude. Anytime you need something he acts like you are interrupting him. Please, do yourself a favor and don't move here.

Madera at metro is a warm comfortable, safe home to live in. The community is wonderful it has good schools near restaurants not to mention castle and coasters for the kids. I love being a resident here the staff are ONE OF A KIND so sweet and kind always happy with smiles. Always takes amazing care of their guest.

Move here if you don't want ac or running water. Currently on mandatory water shut offs every tues and Thurs fir 6 weeks. Also if you like having tons of roaches as roommates than this is the place for you.

Horribly bug infested health hazard I would not recommend these living conditions for anyone months and months of sleeping with bugs crawling all over you and madera didn't offer solutions to the issue the front office is rude and inconsiderate of your needs as a tenant.

Roaches, loud neighbors, an emplyee locks thedoors when football is on, the same guy went to buy new Jordans and was gone for two hours, they sprayed bug spray all of my dishes, they do not fix thongs like they are suppose to, I had mold growing in my bedroom from the bathroom because they did not patch a big hole up in the bsthroom, very unprofessional here.
