Staff not helpful, had to move out as apartment above me had bed bugs as no one was told until it was too late.

The property was unsafe, loud and full of children playing in the parking areas and Dumpsters. Hoards of children. People would knock on my door at all hours of the night due to the drug dealer living under me. My apartment had a roach infestation, as well. The whole place has a nice facade, but when you're pressed for time when you're looking for a place to live, details such as what was listed above are easy to miss.

My apartment was broken into and the emergency maintenance man wouldn't answer his page even though i could see him partying in the parking lot. It took them two weeks to kind of fix my door after i had to fix it myself so it would lock. Not a good area to live in.

This place was a mess. Bathroom kept flooding, A/C kept leaking, bugs, cockroaches and lizards in the apts. Had to keep pest control coming every two weeks. No screens on the windows or patio doors. The pool was always green. It's not handicap accessible.

Horrible management, place a request to get something fixed and they take way too long and have to keep checking up to see why its taking so long, roach infested appartments they don't check the apartment before leasing them.
