    If you like no hot water, or your water getting cut off every week or more.. Rude staff, high water bills, and paying for amenities you can't even use, this is the place for you! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, honestly. They dolled up the office and the exterior - yet still can't figure out the hot water issue that's been going on for years even with old management. Snotty and unprofessional office staff. Maintenance guys are nice. That's about it. Just another group of slumlords charging sky high rent and extra 'fees' for a trash heap that should be demolished and a management staff that has no place working in this industry.
