    a some what reasonable price on here for unit 1075 although about 200 to much compared to 2018 prices, really nice looking comlex and a nice area . the rest of the apts are over priced but if you can find a 2 bd 2 bth with 1000 sq ft for under 1200 good luck ! I will consider living here definitely .

    I would never ever ever pay 12-13K a month for a ONE BD apt ! what in the heck is happening to Phoenix ? oh yeah greed greed greed , well not me , nope nope .

    Nice place to call home, I have lived here for going on for 3 years now and I can say its great! Maintenance is always there to fix anything within 48 hours if not less, office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is if you own more then one vehicle parking at night can be a bit of a hassle. Other then that no complaints here and I would stay here if not moving outta state soon.

    Overall, nice complex with good atmosphere. However, parking is a big headache if you have a second vehicle! Request for Parking garage rental has been slow in response and unclear. Maintenance request are generally good.

    Dont consider this apartment! The noise level is always high and office staff do nothing about It. You have to call maintenance a million times in order for them to come. Pet poop everywhere. Office staff is super rude and unhelpful.

    We moved in shortly after they started renting and at that time the criteria for being a renter assured us that other tenants also would admitted with similar criteria. Nice cars, background checks, and guests that also met the checks. Over time we saw the relaxed criteria and felt that the standards were not the same as the need to fill vacancys was more important than the quality tennants. Many families moved in with out any area for kids to play so they were forced to run and play among
