Before the owner sold the property is was great. Now their is a new owner it's a little different. Staff seems Read More a little slow and a tiny bit rude, but we just have to give them time to settle in. I think the area needs some cleaning it use to be clean all the time and we are beginning to have more bugs. Every Thursday the bug guy use to be here to spray. Not anymore.

I have told them that my neighbor upstairs from me makes loud noise and continues to jump and walk hard. They Read Morecontinue at all hours it comes to the point where I have to bang on the wall for them to stop. I lived here over 3 years and never had this problem till these people moved in.

I love my apartment home. It's been easy to decorate and comfy to live in. But, I am very angry at the locatio Read Moren of my parking. It's a garage off Ray road and much too far for me at 74 years with arthritis, to walk to, and carry groceries from... especially in the hot weather. Yes, there are some guest parking spots but a number of people with 2 cars park their 2nd car in them and rarely move. them.

My wife and I are in our eighties and we have been here going on seven years. It is quiet and peaceful and w Read Moree enjoy it very much. Any problems are taken care right away. The office people are pleasant and helpful. The maintenance people are great and know what they are doing. You won't go wrong coming here.
