The Apartment was nice and it was a beautiful space it's just when they switched management. It went downhill

I had my car broken into while living at these apartments & some of the neighbors seemed dangerous which made me feel uncomfortable living there.

The condition of the apartment was terrible upon move in, the maintenance staff is terrible and isn't good at fixing stuff, neighborhood isn't good, rent is getting more and more expensive and is about to be not worth living here, air condition only works in one room, the only good thing is that there is plenty of parking.

The appartements arent all that great, but they arent horrible either. I live alone, though if I was with my family, I would not live there.

I have lived in two apartments at Las Vistas and my experience with the first was exceptional. Things were fixed when a request was made, my neighbors were not excessively loud or disturbing in any way. However, the second apartment has been a little more difficult to live in, repairs are not fixed when asked, the apartment was still dirty from the previous residents and the police seems to get called a lot more frequently than it did last year.

There's little privacy the way the doors and windows are situated, especially on the first floor. It's common for groups of people to shout at each other and bang on doors at night, and to gather outside near doorways and windows to smoke during the day. Maintenance is a joke. Does your window not open, or your front door so warped it can't be locked, do not expect a solution. They may jury-rig something, but it'll be propping the window with 2x4 or a gaping crack around the frame of the door.
