    Resident of a 2Bd/2Ba unit on the second floor from 2018 to 2020 Pros: Good location for Phoenix light-rail and Indian School Park. The common area allows for a lot of natural light thanks to the large windows and open floor plan. The kitchen counters have sufficient space for two people to be cooking at the same time. Master bedroom closet is large. Both bathrooms have two cabinets worth of storage. Cons: Significant water damage following every rainstorm. -The living room ceiling as well as the balcony ceiling collapsed from the collection of rain water. -This occurred three times in about one year, and to many units in the complex. -Bedroom windows leaked during rainstorms. Mismanagement of critical repairs. -The second ceiling collapse event went un-repaired for six months and then took one month to complete, rendering the living room unusable for half of a year. The long wait was partially due to the long list of units that required similar repair. -The first ceiling collapse went un-repaired for over a month. -The third ceiling collapse went un-repaired for at least a month and was still un-repaired upon move-out. Most notably, no form of compensation was provided for any of the water damage events. In short: This complex has potential with well styled kitchens and a heated pool, but the inability to maintain structural integrity during storms proved it to be an unsafe place to live. Additionally, the management (not the staff), offers poor customer service.

    This complex has potential but as of now too many issues. They painted the complex outside and it looks horrible. Now it look like a big circuis tent. Poor color choice. The inside of the apartments are nice but Ive had bug issues twice now. The staff does not resolve issues quickly and they dont seem to care at all. Ive had so many issues with my packages missing. I started leaving instructions for my deliveries to be delivered to office but now they are turning down the delivery people and telling them to leave package at residence door. This is the main issue. The packages now go missing and they dont care to do anything about it. They dont care that someone is stealing packages or maybe the office staff is. Who knows. At this point Ive had too many packages that go missing and they claim to not know about it. Im constantly having to file claims for them.These apartments are way overpriced. Save yourself the headache and find something better.

    Very, very pleased with my choice. Been here almost 3 months. Lets face it, no place is perfect, but this community is pretty Good. Front office and maintenance friendly and responsive.

    Things are always breaking down and one has to call for maintenance 2 or 3 times before issues are handled. The trash Shute smells very bad and rent is constantly going up while quality is going down.

    All issues (AC, leaks, etc.) get fixed, but I would like it to be prioritized more. Previous experiences have been that management responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours.

    it's a great place in town with a great community. the management company provides monthly events for our community which are always entertaining. the location is excellent for everywhere in town.
