      This place is horrible. Lights burned out throughout the complex, pool gates not working and inoperable. The staff is the worst with no follow up or follow through on anything. Youre lucky if you get a response from them at all. The pool is always dirty and has algae growing in it. They also like to use the pool area as purgatory for appliances that arent in units anymore. For the amount of money you pay in rent here, you expect more.

      All boxes are checked for this beautiful community. The initial contact after crossing the threshold was impressive. I was greeted with charm and professionalism and it has continued throughout all of the staff. I love this community!

      I find living here in the Townhomes at Biltmore extremely safe and quiet. The upkeep and care provided to the community's overall appearance is very good, which coincides with the always professional and courteous management and staff. With that in mind,sometimes it does become concerning as a resident when there's no timely feedback for a written maintenance request or communitity concern from the office making it necessary for the resident to ascertain request and response. again.

      The building and location is excellent and overall I'm very happy. My only complaint is is about the amount of rent increases every time my lease is up for renewal. They are always unexpectedly high, especially considering I've been a good long-time who always pays on time, and hard to predict. If they go much higher I will have to consider moving out.
