I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. My apartment has flooded with raw sewage on three occasions during the past two months. Each time they claim they have fixed the issue, but they have not. After the first 2 times (within 3 days of each other), it took over a week for the office manager to actually respond to my emails and constant phone calls, and that was only because I took time off work to go in and speak with her. I actually caught her as she was attempting to leave the office without contacting me as her assistant promised YET AGAIN. I have not received any credit for this even though it damaged my personal property, nor will they let me out of my lease without paying the $1,500. Her response was that "it is an old building with old pipes and back ups will happen." Additionally, during this same time I went without hot water for 2 days, didn't have a working oven or stove for a week, and maintenance entered my apartment without giving the required 24 hour notice (and for a non-emergency) 2 times. I only knew they came in because my personal belongings had been moved around.
Unless you want to live in literal raw sewage, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.

The Colonade Apartments are a very pleasant place to live. After living in other apartments, I can happily say I am very much enjoying my time here.

THE COLONNADE APARTMENTS ARE AMAZING. I love the amazing staff, the quick responses, the gorgeous pools, the updated mid century feel of the apartment homes. It has a cute cottage feel to it for a beautiful price and wonderful amenities. I can say I have the best views in all of Phoenix.
