The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are handled in a quick manner. The grounds are kept very clean.

This complex has gone downhill. I have lived here 4 years with 3 management changes. Neighbors don't follow rules on lease and management does nothing about it. People hanging out all hours of the night drinking, playing loud music and arguing. Children under 12 wandering around all day being loud & obnoxious damaging property. Poor parking situation as it's non reserved parking and you have 10 people living in one apartment with 5 cars! I can't wait until my lease is up as I am out of here!!!

I was incredibly disappointed with this apartment complex. I loved the room itself but the customer service abilities by the management staff made me never want to live in an apartment complex again I will preface this by saying that I am a young professional and am very intentional to always pay my bills and on time. With that said, I am horrified by my experience. Deborah was unhelpful and it was obvious to me that they were just there to get money. After I moved out I realized 2 months later that they had charged me for random things I was not aware of such as a "cleaning fee" even though the apartment was left bleached and spotless. I accidentally made a burn on a small area of counter space, which apparently costs $170 even though the apartment had plans to put in entirely new counters, paint, etc. That was not the part that made me angry. After never getting a bill, a phone call, an email or any indication that I was left with a balance, I was told that they sent my account to a collections agency. The manager said that they didn't send a bill because there was not a forwarding address on file. That is hilarious to me because on the date of move out I asked them to forward my mail and they said they did not do that. I set up to have my mail forwarded from USPS as instructed and hmm.....still never got that bill. When I worked in customer service, we made minimum SIX due diligence calls for individuals with balances so that they would be aware of it. If they had they decency to call me and make me aware of the balance rather than sit on their behinds and text their friends, I would have paid it without having it go on my credit. It is unfortunate that they have no care or concern for their residents. I would never recommend living here under this management. I am so thankful to never have to deal with them again.

In regards to my own living space, I really do like the complex. My apartment has a good amount of space and a huge bedroom. I also am a big fan of the utilities being covered in the rent, it is a nice bonus to not have to worry about higher fees. For the most part, service requests are handled nicely. However, for my last service request I waited almost 2 weeks for someone to attend to the issues. The biggest issue is the recent lack of communication from property staff.

Great location, cute apartments for a decent price (all-inclusive of utilities and rent). Not always the most responsive front office if you try to call/email. Laundry services are hit or miss. Sometimes they'll close the laundry facilities/pool without notice and they tend to be dirty.
