Dogs Allowed: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $400 non-refundable pet fee for two pets. Pet rent is $40 per month for one pet and $60 per month for two pets. No weight limit, however, aggressive breeds are prohibited.

I am not pleased with our move in or building especially with the cost you would think you get your money worth but I have been in better complexes/houses with half the cost.

No complex is perfect. I've lived in quite a few so I have lived in some nightmares and I've lived in some great places. The thing that sets Verano apart is that their staff works hard to improve on things and they take the time to get to know their residents. It's a relatively new management company and they came on having to clean up a lot of issues left behind by the prior company. They've done an excellent job as well as updating a lot of amenities around the complex. We're happy here and I'll be staying a few more years at least.
