Good Morning. I have been reading reviews and felt compelled to leave my own. It appears there are a few negative reviews for Morningside, and all I can gather is that they must be from disgruntled residents who did not get their way. I have called Morningside my "home" for 13 years now and have nothing but great things to say about it. Let's start with the location: close to shopping (Fry's, Walgreens, etc), close to fast-food (Wendy's, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc).......right across the street from a great park with tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, etc. Senior Center is across the street as well. The grounds at Morningside are always kept immaculate. The maintenance crew is second to none. If a resident ever needs something looked at or repaired, the crew is on it immediately. The office staff is always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The area is one that is very safe.....residents get an assigned, covered parking space. All I can say is I hope to continue calling Morningside my home and encourage anyone looking for a new place to live.......look no further. Gary W.

I stayed in Morningside for 1 year and most of the times whenever we raised any maintenance request they took days to respond back, also my living area window was jam from start of my stay still they didn't fix till I left, both bath tubs chipped out, one was fixed the other wasn't till we moved out. When we left the apartment after paying all bills and having security deposit of $500 they sent us a letter asking for $468 to be paid more, the reason kitchen odor with $675 as charge. I am literally surprised as I know there was no odor. Families that prepare food at home n eat curry should avoid staying here as they will charge extra when you leave this place. Just to update I hired professional cleaners to clean the house so you can very well imagine managements thought process

I have a cracked slab in my apartment that Management knew about before I moved in. I thought at first they had left some pieces of carpet under the carpet which is why there was a bump. But when it moved and extended I knew it was a cracked slab. There is no way they didn't know about it on move-in as they installed carpet beforehand.

When we first came here under the previous management, the front office staff was exceptional, kind, and really put forward the extra effort to make you feel welcome. The present front office staff is not nearly as friendly or as attentive to its residents, in my opinion. The rent is fair, the location good, security never a concern, the daily maintenance crew very good. The landscaping in terms of replenishing what has been lost (e.g. trees) is very poor.

Morningside was a good place to live but when the management changed it really went downhill; not as bad as other apartments but it went from bragging to just not mentioning where I live. Price? Went up a lot at the change and keeps on going up. Web/online features? From a ton and very modern to next to nothing and now a FEE to pay online. Exterior? A nice consistent look to random browns that have no sense of order or lick of planning. Interior? Not quite 80's avocado fridge but not much better

I’ve had a wonderful experience so far with Morningside. Everyone in the office is very helpful and kind, and the units are so unique with little extra touches and style, I couldn’t help but fall in love🥰

The management team at Morningside truly make this home for me. I am 92 years old and moved to Morningside with my husband Joe several years ago. I had so much fun watching the kids and the Halloween party. Great job Gwen! Your family! Amber! David! and Dave. The presentation from Game and Fish was very educational. Let's go fishing for Native Trout!! Thanks to Amber for getting me up and running on the Morningside web site!

I moved here in August 23 and have been really happy. Initially, there were some issues with the apartment when I moved, but everything was promptly resolved. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. I have children, and they have found friends in the community. The administration also does amazing things, like bringing the children a petting zoo for a day. The administration has also been great at responding to any of my concerns. The pool, gym, and gardens are nicely maintained. Thank you!
