Most of the homes and apartments are rented and have been for months and no one takes any of them off the site. Very dissappointed.

I have asked that the carport lights be fixed on three different occasions so there is adequate lighting where we park. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. I would estimate that 80-90% of the lighting is out. Also, the North gate on the pool is always locked as it is broken and they refuse to fix it. That doesn't seem like a fix that would cost very much money and it is inconvenient.

I feel as though they last resorted my apartment, we had a hold for something close to the pool and laundry mat, and they ended up putting us on the way back side. And maintenance is somewhat slow.

Staff is kind. Apartments are cute and comfortable, although a bit old and out-dated. You cannot beat the price! Safe community.

I have only been living here for about 6 months but every dealing with the rental staff and maintenance personnel has been positive. Maintenance responsiveness to even low priority requests is immediate or same day. All of the appliances are in perfect working order. Carpet was cleaned and walls were painted prior to move in. If I could change one thing it would be the size of the balcony/porch.

The front office is amazing! The maintenance crew is not as good. Using my own personal bath towel to dry water from fixing the toilet is not acceptable. Leaving a mess in my bathroom after fixing my toilet is not acceptable. The maintenance crew is messy and unprofessional, very disappointing.

Moved in in May of 2015 and noticed multiple (more than 6) outlets didn't work properly and there was a hole in our balcony. Contacted maintenance about it, and they replaced 4 outlets and nothing on the balcony. Contacted them again on July 2nd about our dishwasher not working, and was told they would be there the same day. They didn't show up, and instead stopped by unannounced on July 6th. Currently July 11th, and still have a hole in our balcony!

Front door lock missing screws and not sealed properly. It appears the door may have been kicked in at one point. Kitchen cabinets missing screws and sometimes fall off. Lots of water damage on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Window in living room leaks that developed during a recent heavy rainstorms. Wood on patio wall rotten. Many electrical outlets are worn out. Refrigerator has huge marks on a side. Patio door sliding door installed backwards. Wood on outside of the building is rotting.

The complex staff seems to have a hard time holding the City of Sierra Vista accountable at keeping the trash dumpsters empty and getting them serviced in a timely fashion. If they need to spend a little more money for additional service stops, they should do so. Trash is always piled up including bulky waste. It's really an eye sore.
