Nice size apartments but maintenance usually has to fix things twice and or does not fix things at all.

It feels safe. No one bothers you, and the people you do run into are very friendly. Great amenities offered. Check them out.

I love my apartment and am very happy with it but I think the rent is too expensive considering the location and what other nearby complexes are offering.

Over all staying in 505 has been pleasant. A peaceful community at a very good location with near by amenity stores. Very friendly But I have grievances regarding the referral system. The process is very very slow as compared to other communities.It's been more than 5 months and I haven't received my first referral check. That is for the first referral , for the second one which I did in November I have left all hopes. So, have decided NOT TO REFER any one here. I just want to ask a simple question, if I delay my rental payment like this won't I be questioned
