    These apartments are not good for living, they sell drugs, they don't let sleep, they wanted to force my apartment in, they forced my truck lock on me, in the elevators they urinate, pets bark all night, eagerly shots at each other, and the garbage is horrible they are very expensive and they are safe to live.

    This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Ive been here 3 months and the property management has breached the lease. They advertise a place with a pool and jacuzzi, but they were closed for repairs for three months. The garbage management is disgusting. Theres all kinds of trash in the hallways, inside the elevators, around the dumpsters. Theres a canal that is broken and theres water stuck that stinks like sewer. There are cockroaches around the dumpsters and my apartment has been infested with roaches from the beginning. They fumigated but it didnt work. The elevators have been vandalized with graffiti and one of them has been malfunctioning for three months. People smoke inside the elevators and throw the cigarettes all over the hallways. Dogs pee around the hallways too. The smell is disgusting. The contract has multiple fees for pest control, garbage disposal, amenities (pool), etc. But the property does not comply with the contract because they dont provide the services they offer.

    This place is very bad the management they know nothing about the property and we have new team every month l lost my car because of them my car plate is up to date and they towed away because they look like they business with towing company and now I cant get my car back because am unemployed for last ten months and I cant afford to pay the towing company

    I would have to say this is absolutely THE WORST place Ive ever lived. The front office is extremely unprofessional and they continuously fail to take responsibility for how run down this property is. I did not have a working refrigerator for 7-8 MONTHS and the management team is refusing to take responsibility and give me concessions regarding this matter even though Ive been paying rent this entire time. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If I could post this without any stars I would. ZERO STARS!!!! The apartments are overpriced and extremely broken down. The property is trashy and unkept. You have to basically beg for work orders to be filled.
