Nobody likes to be taken advantage of and thats exactly what this place has done as Ive moved out. I asked for a checklist from an unpleasant guy named Jake in the office as far as moving out. He looked at me like I was an idiot and told me to just clean the place. I cleaned the place and moved out the 20th, a day the office should have been open but they werent. I emailed them I had the keys and to let me know how to proceed. Theyre still charging me for rent for the days they were closed. Jake refuses to take any responsibility for there being no way to return them. Beyond that Im still being charged a $125 cleaning fee so whyd I even clean? He feels justified and entitled to take my money for all this. Proceed with caution when dealing with him and if any of his superiors would like to reach out Id love to go through these details.

Moved in March of 2019 from selling my 3 bd house with no pest issues. After being there now 6 months I have been dealing with roaches. The complex did have a change of management which I spoke with them about the issue. I was advised that they will have pest control come out every week (which is paid for in rent). Pest controls came out one Friday but the following Friday they did not. I called and was told my apartment was not on the list and that it will be added. Another Friday comes and no pest control. I called and was told by the manager that I have to call Every week to put my name in this list. First, I was never advised I was responsible for having to call when the issue was present since I moved in. Second, in order for me to not live with roaches and be able to move my rent increases and not only that I have to do a 60day notice! Oh and let's not forget the thin walls. Lord I can heard my neighbors brushing their teeth and every sound of the people above me. The has been the worst rental experience thus far! 10/18/19- Update still dealing with roach issue. They supposedly had someone knocking at my door at 8:30 am which is not correct seeing as though I missed overtime to be there. This company is a joke!! I was told there would be consistent communication and I have left 2 voicemails for both the office a manger and regional in a 48 hour period. I also responded to the email that was sent instead of a callback, and still no response. At this point I just want out of my lease! If you know what's best stay away from this place!!!!
